Executive Management Committee
The Executive Management Committee (EMC) is responsible for ensuring the successful and integrated design, construction and operation of the facility, its effective management, governance and community research service outcomes, and for setting then achieving milestones, and appropriate fiscal management of the facility.

Scientific Advisory Board
The APPF Scientific Advisory Board provides informed guidance and feedback to the Executive Management Committee (EMC) in a number of strategic areas, to assist the effective management, governance and community research service outcomes of the APPF. The board is comprised of APPF members and eight external advisors, providing a balance of expertise in plant science, governance and agribusiness.

APPF User Group
The APPF will hold annual User Group meetings to obtain user feedback to support the continuous improvement of the APPF’s capabilities and to discuss scientific projects undertaken at the facility
scientific and technological developments and future directions, infrastructure needs, networking opportunities and funding opportunities.

Canberra
The HRPPC Management Committee (and Project assessment committee)* is responsible for the management of local design, construction, implementation of operational processes, the day to day management of the Centre and consideration of proposals to use Centre facilities. The committee meets monthly before the APPF EMC meeting and is comprised of:
