I was wondering can this facility be used to do tree phenomics (young seedlings) in natural populations looking at climate change.

Here are some specific questions:
1. Can i mimic the natural photoperiod along with temperature in the green house?
2. By end of experiment the seedlings may be almost 2 meters tall and bushy in nature, will imaging still be possible (for photosynthesis and senescence)?
3. Can i get shoot and root biomass measurements by non destructive way?
