We invite you to join us at the Collaborative Conference on Computational and Data Intensive Science 2019 (C3DIS 2019), to be held the week of 6 – 10 May at the National Convention Centre, Canberra.

C3DIS aims to build a national community of practice of scientists, researchers, and computing, data and information management specialists. All of these professionals share a common interest: the production of breakthrough science outcomes that require large scale, complex computations and analyses to be carried out over massive data sets.

As in previous years, C3DIS 2019 welcomes contributions from all science domains in Publicly Funded Research Agencies, NCRIS Network Capabilities, Tertiary Education Institutions and Research Centres.

One of this year’s special themes is Understanding the Earth. C3DIS 2019 is expecting contributions and participation from a variety of related geosciences areas – geology, water, land, weather and climate, and contributions in developing and analysing models, computations and data sets in their respective areas.
