We invite you to attend to the 1st International Conference & 10th National Horticultural Science Congress of Iran (IrHC 2017) which will be held at Tarbiat Modares University (TMU) in Tehran, the capital city of Iran, from 4 to 7 September 2017. The main theme of the IrHC 2017 is “Productivity of horticultural crops in Iran: Potential, production limitations, possible solutions and international collaborations”.
The Iranian Horticultural Science Congress (IrHC) has been held every two to four years, at different cities of Iran, and attracting more than 800 to 1,000 delegates, since 1996. The IrHC 2017 has been organised by the Iranian Society for Horticultural Science (IrSHS), Department of Horticultural Science at Tarbiat Modares University (TMU) and Deputy Ministry of Agriculture of Iran in Horticulture in Tehran. The ‘First International Horticultural Science Conference’ will be held in conjunction with the ’10th National Horticultural Science Congress of Iran’, under the aegis of International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS).
The IrHC 2017 will cover all aspects of horticultural science, in particular, pomology and fruit culture, floriculture, vegetable crops and medicinal plants. This conference offers an excellent opportunity for Iranian and international colleagues and delegates to exchange their knowledge and experience, and discuss possible collaborations in horticultural science. Participants may also wish to become members of ISHS.
