Australian National University
APPN’s Node at the Australian National University in Canberra combines diverse controlled environment phenotyping with sophisticated in-house computer science expertise.
Located within the Division of Plant Science, the APPN Node at ANU is a centre for controlled environment phenotyping. It combines expertise in plant science, computer vision, and software development and offers the only externally available quarantine-certified plant growth facility in the Australian Capital Territory with a suite of reach-in growth cabinets in a modern PC2 environment.
Cutting-edge plant phenotyping infrastructure is available to academic researchers and commercial companies. Our team looks forward to discussing how our infrastructure can accelerate research outputs.
