$4.5m invested in hi-tech drones and mobile sensors
The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) has invested $4.5 million in APPN mobile phenotyping capabilities to help accelerate delivery of improved crops to growers.
This investment expands on a $2 million investment by GRDC in 2024 and $60 million from the National Collaborative Research Investment Strategy (NCRIS) to allow APPN to build a consistent national ecosystem of cutting-edge phenotyping technology for crop research.
